6 Weeks Later

Tonight, Straight & Nappy presents Straight and Nappy ends it 6 week run at Donny's Skybox, Piper's Alley 4th floor. We have been on a double bill with Cathcart & Olson this whole time. I can't believe that this is the last show in that space.

BUT Straight & Nappy is far from being finished. I can't believe the success we have had as a comedy duo. Our opening week, we were given a photo and blurb in TimeOut Chicago Magazine in the comedy section. This week, we are listed as a "don't miss" (also with a picture)in the gay/lesbian section of TimeOut Chicago Magazine. We were featured on CLTV's Metromix:The TV Show. We have been invited to audition for executives of a certain colorful television network. And the list goes on.

We will still be running our show at The Majestic Midway Theatre on Friday nights. We have extended for two more weeks, possibly three. We will also team up with Cathcart & Olson again this summer for midnight performances at The Playground theatre in Boystown.

Big things are just around the corner. I am so grateful to all the people that have helped me get to this point and I look forward to the future of Straight & Nappy.
