Oh Crappy Day

Our opening scene in the Straight & Nappy show is a pair of silly gospel singers. The two fictional characters are inspired by some real life gospel singers that I knew/met/slept with when I was younger. Some of these very same people are now involved in a lawsuit. You see, even with the guidance of "God", these "music missionaries" (most of them are African American, btw) are being taken advantage of by their record companies. The more things change, the more things stay the same.
